Obituary of Nancy J. Fink

Gasport: Nancy J. Fink, age 83, died July 25, 2018 at her home following a brief illness. 

She was born October 6, 1934 in Lockport to Albert and Gladys (Mosher) Talladay and had lived in this area her entire life.  Nancy was a member of St. Michael’s Lutheran Church in Wolcottsville, a member of the Hartland Senior Citizens Group, and graduated with her RN degree from Ohio University School of Nursing.  She enjoyed playing bingo, crocheting, and loved to play cards.  Nancy was a family oriented person and was a women of impeccable faith. 

Mrs. Fink was predeceased by her husband Theodore, and her brothers: Jack and William Talladay.  She is survived by her son: Michael (Diane) Fink of TX, her daughter: Patricia (Phil) Utley of Gasport, her grandson: Jeremy Benedict, 2 granddaughters: Missy and Jessica, 2 step granddaughters and 5 great-grandchildren. 

The family will receive friends at St. Michael’s Lutheran Church, 6337 Wolcottsville Rd., Akron, NY, 14001  SATURDAY from 4-5 p.m. where her Funeral Service will be held immediately following calling hours at 5 p.m.  Interment in Hartland Cemetery will be at the convenience of the family.
