Obituary of Gloria M. Ross

Gloria M. Ross age 89 died November 29, 2018 at the Villages of Orleans following a short illness.  She was born May 23, 1929 in Perry, a daughter of the late Charles and Mary (Wietrzykowski) Barthelemy and had lived in this area most of her life.

Gloria retired from Owens Illinois in Brockport where she had worked for many years as a quality control inspector.  She enjoyed knitting, puzzles, traveling and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. 

She was predeceased by her husband Harry Ross; children Ken Conrad, Joan Conrad, Gene Ross; her sister Janice Webster.  She is survived by her children Nick Conrad of Canandaigua, Brent (Deborah) Ross of Medina, Jack Conrad of Albion, Kelly (Diane) Conrad of Albion, Pamela (Marc) Kenward of Byron; grandchildren Dan and Casey Conrad, David (Ika) Kenward, Michaela Kenward, Todd (Tracy) Ross, Wendy Ross, Amy (Ralph) Stoutenger; great-grandchildren Ryleigh, Eleana, Carter; sister Delores Carter of IL as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.

There are no prior calling hours.  Gloria’s Memorial Service will be held at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. Albion at a later date.  Burial will be in Otter Creek Cemetery.  Memorials may be made to Hospice of Orleans, P.O. Box 489, Albion NY 14411.
