Obituary of Robert M. Arnett

(Barre)  Robert M. “Bob” Arnett age 71 died unexpectedly on December 28, 2018.  He was born March 1, 1947 in Medina, a son of the late Charles and Leila (Watson) Arnett and had lived in this area all of his life. 

Bob loved to fish, camp, play cards, sit on his porch and spend time with family and special friends.  He was a member of Godfrey’s Pond in Batavia and had worked at GM in Rochester, retiring in 1999.

In addition to his parents, Bob was predeceased by his son Brian Arnett in 2017; brothers Charles Arnett, Jr., Olin Arnett, Walter Arnett, William Arnett; his sister Dorothy Kennedy.  He is survived by his wife Carollee of 51 years; his son Shawn (Cindy) Arnett of Albion; grandsons Justin and Aaron Arnett; many wonderful nieces, nephews and cousins as well as his loving cats that were always by his side during the hard times in his life; Milo, Maggie, Mikey, Chrissy, Eleanor, Buddy, Autumn and Summer. 

There are no prior calling hours.  A private Memorial Service and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.  Memorials may be made to the Barre Fire Company, 4709 Oak Orchard Rd., Albion NY 14411.
