Obituary of Robert D. Wright

Holley: On the evening of November 27, 2019, Robert D. Wright passed away unexpectedly in is home. Robert was an outgoing, loving, and devoted father as well as an avid fisherman, horror movie fanatic, and Pittsburgh Steelers Superfan.

Robert was preceded in death by his grandmother Ethel, grandfather Charles, and uncles Billy, Wayne, and Richard.

He is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Stacey, mother, Etta (Dominick) Wright, father-in-law, George (Kathy) Burns, mother-in-law, Sunday (Dennis) Carter, siblings, Dawn (Ronnie) Wright, Lisa (Nelson) Wright, Roxanne (Tommy) Wright, Joey Wright, children, Khrystta (Bryan) Conrad, Daniel (Autumn) Stanley, Alexis Taylor, grandchildren, “JoJo”, Emmabelle, Samantha Elaine, uncle, Charles, nieces, Dannielle, Maya, Michaela, Marissa, nephews, Roger, Larry, Jovani, and beloved dog, Nanook. Robert also has a large and cherished group of friends, and extended family.

There are no prior calling hours. Robert’s Celebration of Life Service will be held at the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. 16650 State Route 31, Holley, NY 14470 on Monday, December 2nd at 5:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, the Wright family has asked that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 526 Dallas, TX 75244, in honor of his sister Dawn.
