Member of the West Barre United Methodist Church, memeber and past president of the Barre Fire Co., member of the NY State Cattleman`s Assoc., former Albion Central School Board member, former member of the Barre Town Board and in addition to being an avid hunter and fisherman, he loved to spend time in his vegetable garden.
