Obituary of Victor R. Webster
Mr. Webster was born April 3, 1919 in Kendall NY, a son of Charles Webster and Inez (Behrend) Webster. After graduating from high school, Mr. Webster joined the U.S. Army during World War II and participated in the Normandy Invasion in 1944. After the war, he returned to Great Britain where he spent the balance of his life.
