Obituary of Constance V Brakenbury

(Waterport) Constance Kwiatkowski Brakenbury age 80, died peacefully on May 12, 2020. She was born on March 11, 1940 in Albion, a daughter of the late Arthur and Eleanore (Lewandowski) Kwiatkowski and had lived in this area all of her life. Connie graduated Albion High School and then attended Brayant and Stratton College in Buffalo where she majored in business. She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary at St. Mary’s Church in Albion and also at Carlton Fire Department. She loved to shop, vacation at Top Sail Island, arts and crafts, bird watch and most of all watching T.V.; she used to say “my T.V. never let me down”. Connie is survived by her husband of 61 years, Richard; sons Keith (Jeff Bodine) Brakenbury, Kyle (Colleen) Brakenbury, Kevin Brakenbury; daughter Ondrea (Angelo) Pate; grandchildren Gregory (Sarah) Brakenbury, Felicia (Sean) Dhondt, Jennifer (Trent) Tobias, Dietrich Pate, Michael Loggins, Mitchell Pate, Marguerite Brakenbury, Eowyn Pate, Maia Pate; 9 great-grandchildren and a large extended family. Her Graveside service will be at St. Joseph’s Cemetery, Brown Rd. Albion. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Carlton Fire Department, 14341 Waterport Carlton Rd. Albion NY 14411. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. Albion.
