Obituary of Charles H. Goble

(MIDDLEPORT) Charles H. “Charlie” Goble, age 71, died May 14, 2020 at his residence following a short illness. He was born October 16, 1948 in Sparta, NJ to Virgil and Rosemary Goble and had lived in this area since 1990. Charlie was a United States Navy Veteran of the Vietnam War, and worked as a computer hardware repairman for QBC in Amherst. He was a very social person and would strike up a conversation with anyone. In earlier years, Charlie enjoyed hunting, golfing, woodworking and tinkering around the house. He also enjoyed his Brittany Spaniels as well as NASCAR racing. He is survived by his wife of 30 years Doreen, his children: Justin and Tracy both of MN, 4 grandchildren as well as 2 nephews. There will be no prior visitation. Service and interment will be held at the convenience of the family in St. Matthew Cemetery, West Seneca. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Niagara Hospice, 4675 Sunset Dr., Lockport, NY, 14094.
