Obituary of Alfred C. Dragona

Alfred C. Dragona, age 86, passed away May 19, 2020. He was born September 6, 1933 in Syracuse to the late Carl and Concetta (Pesce) Dragano. Al was a mason for 70 years. He enjoyed family gatherings, cooking Italian food, and watching sports. He leaves behind many cherished friendships. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Patricia Dragona, on August 1, 2002, and his brothers Ralph and Thomas Dragano; sisters: Josie McNamara and Mary Basta. Al is survived by his daughter Jacqueline (Steven) Tarricone, grandchildren, Angela and Vincent Tarricone and several nieces and nephews. There are no calling hours. A private service will be held at Assumption Cemetery in Syracuse at the convenience of the family. Mr. Dragona’s arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc.
