Obituary of Walter V. Wochna

OBITUARY NOTICE (ALBION) Walter V. Wochna, age 78, died May 29, 2020 in Orchard Manor Nursing Home following a short illness. He was born November 24, 1941 in Rochester to Walter F. and Madeline Wochna and had lived in the area since 1971. Walter was a “homebody” who enjoyed gardening and fixing things, thus earning him the titles of “Mr. Fix-it” and “Jack of all trades”. Mr. Wochna was predeceased by his wife Cheryl, and a brother: Michael Francis Wochna. He is survived by his son: Bradley W. Wochna of Kendall, and his daughter: Susan (Larry Shompert) Haibach of Kendall. There will be no visitation. Walter’s service and interment will be held privately in Millville Cemetery at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Genesee County ASPCA, 3841 W. Main St. Road, Batavia, NY, 14020.
