Obituary of Arlene R. Moore

(Clarendon) Arlene (VanOrden) R. Moore age 81 died June 3, 2020 at the Villages of Orleans. She was born July 7, 1938 in Brockport, a daughter of the late Fred and Mildred (Mower) VanOrden and had lived in this area all of her life. Arlene attended the Clarendon United Methodist Church. She loved to read and garden. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband Lewis Moore in 2005; her brother Fred VanOrden and her sister Marge Hendren. She is survived by her daughter Sue Ellen (David) Quarantello of Holley; her sons Danny (Kim) Moore of Greece, Charles (Cindy) Moore of Waterport, Paul (Holly) Moore of Clarendon; 14 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; brother Orrin (Gwen) VanOrden of Hamlin; brother-in-law Jim Hendren of FL; sister-in-law Florence VanOrden of FL as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Her graveside service will be at the convenience of the family at Hillside Cemetery. Her Memorial Service will be held at a later date with a day and time to be announced. Memorials may be made to the Clarendon Fire Co. P.O. Box 136, Clarendon NY 14429 or to the Alzheimer’s Association, 435 E. Henrietta Rd. Rochester NY 14620.
