Obituary of Eugene W. Michael

(Holley) Eugene W. “Gene” Michael age 73 died unexpectedly July 8, 2020 at Highland Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born August 25, 1946 in Buffalo, the son of the late Eugene C. and Norma (Long) Michael and had lived in this area most of his life. Gene served in the U.S. Army from 1966-1968. He was a mechanic and truck driver for Alan Tinkous in Holley for many years. In addition to his parents, Gene was predeceased by his son Thomas. He is survived by his wife Jen of 30 years; his daughter Michelle (Tim) John; granddaughters Olivia Michael, Kayla (Kevin) Michael-Avery; step-sons Adam and Kevin Bishop; his sister Barb (Chris) Fellows and his niece Ashley Fellows. Per Gene’s wishes there are no prior calling hours or a service. Memorials may be made to the charity of one’s choice. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Christopher Mitchell Funeral Homes, Inc. Holley.
