Obituary of Marietta Mary Chiara

(KENT/CORTLAND) Marietta "Mary" Chiara, age 88, of Transit Road, formerly of Cortland, NY, died July 30, 2006 at her daughter's home following a short illness. She was born October 31, 1917 in Cortland to Pasquale and Filomena(DiNardo)Cinquenti and had lived in this area over 6 years. Mary was a member of St. Anthony's Church and the Alter Society. As of late, she attended Concordia Lutheran Church in Kendall and participated in the Ladies Aid Group. Mrs. Chiara was a lover of sewing, enjoyed crafts and crocheting, and loved to read. "Gigi," as she was know as to her grandchildren, was predeceased by her husband Michael.
