To the family of Bill: I am so sorry for your loss. I worked with Bill at Kodak for many years. I visited him and his family up in the mountains for a weekend some time ago. He was a man that always knew how to have fun. Came to his house a few times also. Had some good fires out in his back yard. Bill was a good man and a good friend. Again I deeply feel for his family. My thoughts and prayers go out to you. God Bless

Dear Easterley Family, May Bill's 'LOVE and LAUGHTER' help fill the hole in your hearts. My memories of Bill warm my heart. Cartwright Inn, double dating at the old airport (now a Mall), snow mobiling (the fence), high school graduation, guitar (his love of music) , Kodak, Fooseball, his home in the city, pet birds, courting his wife, marriage, three wheelers, hunting / fishing, birth of his children-to name a few !!! I'll miss you Bill.

For the short time I lived and worked at Rochester for ITT. I have come to know, befriend, and like very much - Mr. Robert Easterly. Robert and I worked together and shared lots of stories. See the picture of William - I realized the Robert had introduced me to him somewhere. I just know I met Bill at some point while there. Anyway, the loss is felt by me here in Fort Wayne, not just because of a chance meeting, but because of my friend Robert. I know how it feels since I recently lost my sister Kathleen Chase to Lupus and liver failure. There is an emptiness that is evident and an ache that lingers then slowly abates over time. We survive knowing that people such as Bill and my sister are at rest in a far better place than we experience here on earth. They are in a place waiting. Waiting for the time that we, too, leave this earth for the final rest. Take care my friend Robert. Take peace and solice in knowing that God needed Bill now to be with him in heaven!
